Valeriana wallichii, or Indian valerian, is a perennial herb which grows throughout India and the Himalayas. It can be interchanged with Valeriana officinalis, or garden valerian, common to Europe and Asia. The root of the herb has been used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine for its sedative properties. Many choose valerian to treat headaches, stress and anxiety due to the sense of relaxation it promotes. As an aromatic herb, it is also often used for its carminative properties. While valerian root may be used to get a good night’s rest, it is not advisable to use as a long-term treatment for clinically diagnosed insomnia. For those who do not have diagnosed sleep disorders and are looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, it is best to use valerian root regularly as opposed to as needed* – consistency is key! Since this herbal brew does have a pungent taste and smell, we suggest brewing it with another herbal tea like chamomile or peppermint or using lemon or honey to taste. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalized items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.
